some of those adventure things

Wed Apr 25, 2007, 5:33 PM
  • Mood: Love
  • Listening to: 'Eurydice' - Sleepthief
  • Reading: Nicholas and Alexandra - Robert K. Massie
  • Watching: Doctor Who: 'Daleks in Manhattan'
I've been a bit busy, both in Actual Physical Life, and the Land of the Interwebs, and now I've got me a whole pile of deviations to look through, oh no! (No worries, you lot; I adore looking at your art and commenting on it -- it isn't a chore in the least. It's just a bit overwheleming, which is why I try not to get backed up.) My tripod is an absolute mess lately, falling apart, and I'm trying to work around that, but it's not going so well. Spring is here, though, and -- surprise, surprise! -- we have tulips growing in a corner of the yard against the stony church wall. The rosebushes are green with new leaves, and even the great old tree in front of my window is donning a bright coat at last (after that awful snowstorm).

And with spring, my well of inspiration, which has been rather dry these past months, seems to be refilling itself, little by little. This is good, I think. Keeps me up late, though!

My wee baby sister is four pounds, five ounces (she was one pound and three when she was born, so this is quite an improvement), and we're holding our breath -- she may be home any time now, as she's eating well and breathing on her own without much of any trouble. Won't that be a surprise for the cats! :D

Lovely deviations.. only, why such big borders?... Maybe you can try out smaller ones or just leave it. Good pictures mostly doesn't need such a big border and I think you have good pictures... :D
